CNC Machinist
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operate machines in manufacture of products. Understand blueprints and use measuring instruments.
- Verify material, prints, tools, and dies per work order.
- Secure dies and tooling.
- Assist Lead in securing and preparing materials per work order.
- Figure materials and control material utilization to achieve best yields. Set up machinery
Skills
- Knowledge of Master Cam programming required
Tech Support / Estimator
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communicates daily with assigned Team Leader and salesperson on any sales related issues.
- Confirms that all information concerning the manufacturing or purchasing of a part is accurate.
- Advises sales of options that will aid in the quoting and selling process.
- Recommends and investigates additional capabilities, materials, training or equipment that could enhance our ability to out-perform our competition and maintain our current and prospective customers.
- Updates and validates any changes made to the work order after it has been through production via the computer and verbally to sales.
- Takes and returns phone calls that could require prompt action.
- Checks daily for delinquent quotes in area and advises the salesperson the status.
- Calls suppliers for pricing information.
- Coordinates information between warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, engineering and quality when customer requirements are unclear or questioned.
- Quote price and delivery on team assigned or new accounts with the assistance of a salesperson or management.
Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
Warehouse/Machine Operator
- Operate a limited number of machines/ presses in manufacture of products.
- Understand basic blueprints and use measuring instruments.
- Verify material, prints, tools, and dies per work order.
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment. Maintains clean and orderly work area.
Skills

Technical Outside Sales
The essential duties for this position are as follows:
- Maintain existing assigned customer base to service and increase profitable sales.
- Develop new opportunities for sales with existing and non existing accounts.
- Work with inside sales, sales support, and tech support to service, increase, and maintain profitable account base.
- Present weekly/quarterly sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience within the Industrial, Energy or Electronics related industries
- Knowledge and experience in products such as metals, plastics, rubber, electrical and thermal.
- Sales experience into OEM’s and Contract Manufacturers.
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate good judgment and decision making ability
- Must be detailed oriented and organized to tackle multiple tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal oriented, creative and self motivated
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
