 Administration Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but, are not limited to:

Functions as the Document Control Representative for inside sales team. Handles overflow telephone calls directed to sales team. Prepares customer quote confirmation and transmits to customer via e-mail, mail or fax. Enters all customer purchase orders. Handles filing activity for the sales team. Checks daily for delinquent orders and quotes.  Confirms with customer the status of via phone, fax or e-mail.  Updates computer with current delivery status.    Handles FAX correspondence for the team. Performs clerical duties for Team as required. Provides backup phone coverage for the switchboard operator as required.

Outside Technical Sales

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but, are not limited to:

Maintain existing assigned customer base to service and to increase profitable sales and to develop new opportunities for sales with existing and non existing accounts. Work with inside sales, sales support, and tech support to service, increase, and maintain profitable account base. Report verbally and written information of activities on a weekly basis to management. Responsible for proper upkeep of company vehicle

Marketing Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but, are not limited to:

Conducting basic research necessary for analytical purposes, and handle special administrative and marketing projects when required.  Creates, maintains, and analyzes marketing/advertising vehicles and opportunities. Create and coordinate the LGS marketing collateral. Assist the Sales Manager and company principals in the development of marketing plans. Maintain effective communications with suppliers, customers and business partners.  Coordinate trade shows and marketing events.  Manage special marketing events and promote product knowledge within LGS. Manage the LGS Website.
